“WSI has worked with us from the outset with an objective of ensuring we were an informed buyer and that we had a full appreciation of the challenges of the different business models we were investigating during our early planning. This enabled us to identify exactly what we should be delivering to our prospective clients (the small traders and professional companies in the Malvern Hills District) to ensure that it was a service they would buy into at an acceptable price. We first approached WSI when we were looking to upgrade our old static website and embark on a company rebranding exercise. Out of the Web design agencies we approached we were immediately impressed by the WSI team. Rather than just trying to sign us up for a new website build, they actually took the time to really understand our business and objectives whilst re-assuringly challenging us where appropriate. We had really under estimated the amount of work that goes into creating the content and messaging and at all times WSI were like virtual employees / ultra trusted advisors keeping us on track. Since go-live the ongoing support and continual improvement recommendations have totally exceeded our expectations. WSI have taken the often confusing world of 'analytics' and significantly simplified it for our company. Each month we are presented with an easy to understand spreadsheet of online activity detailing how our visitors are engaging with us and how we can further promote this activity. Furthermore, their understanding of emerging SEO techniques have greatly helped us, and ultimately added financial value to our company. Unlike a lot of similar companies, there is ALWAYS someone on the other end to answer any questions... This is a rare feature in Digital firms! No hesitation in recommending the guys!

WSI have revolutionised the way we work with search engines, previously we focussed just on Google and ran any campaigns manually. This became a real bind on our time and as such we never really engaged with search engine marketing properly. WSI came in and after just a few meetings with us had got under the skin of our business. They took this knowledge and turned it in to search engine advertising that works across all major search engines and optimises automatically to make best use of our budget. As a result we are seeing some phenomenal results in terms of impressions and click throughs all at a lower CPC than we ever paid when we ran the campaigns ourselves. Add to the great results the fact that they are a good bunch of guys as well and it makes for a great partnership... I really don't know why anyone would run campaigns manually when WSI are about!
