We would not normally be persuaded to give the highest rating for any service industry, CUB are the exception that proves the general rule. Five Stars. Well deserved.

CUB has been friendly and approachable. However the data provided have mainly clashed with that provided from the suppliers. The explanations have not always been timely available and are at best suggestions as to why this may be - rather than root cause being identified. Data is not up to date, with at least one month out i.e. May report provided at end of June, when I am looking for June Report. Generally a good service has been provided, with proactive approach in terms of looking into our water consumption, renewing contracts on time and within notice periods. I would like a face to face meeting with client manager to ensure we have understood each other’s needs and expectations and to take stock of performance / issues so that resolutions can be implemented and partnership developed with continuous improvements.

I found the customer service provided by CUB to our business exceptional. Communication was clear, precise and tailored to suit my requirement to review / renew both electricity and gas contracts for our multiple sites without the need of a large amount of my management time.

Over the past years I have worked with many energy brokers, who have delivered many choice options with the major energy providers, when the time has come to review energy contracts. I have found working with CUB extremely easy, as the team at CUB work as one unit, and provide accurate and informative figures each month. Every request that I have put in front of the CUB team, has been fulfilled in a short timely manner. Requests like energy saving programs, to very detailed reports. The CUB team is extremely friendly and approachable and will go out of their way to answer any question that I have put in front of them. Very impressed with the service we have received so far.

I attempted to change the supplier of electricity in 2013 but unfortunately the timing was wrong to do so. I had contacted a number of supply brokers and I had to inform each one it would have to wait until the anniversary this year. CUB was the only Company to put the date into their diary and contact me. CUB are the first utility brokers I’ve worked with, so I don’t have much to compare against. However, Andrew has always been very friendly and the process required little work from myself. I do feel that it was slightly misleading when I was told that out of contract rates would be “slightly more expensive”, since it was more than double for over a month.
