I thoroughly enjoyed the training. Both Mark and Nigel are very engaging and challenging, energetic and amusing. The Boot Camp is fast paced with learning reviews every 30 minutes. All depends on practising what I learned but I definitely got what I wanted and needed from the course Thoroughly recommendable!

Signing up to the Sandler training course was the best decision that I could have made. Sandler has taught me a completely new way of selling to prospects, it is like a breath of fresh air, and a real eye opener.

I went to Nigel and Mark 18 months ago when I was struggling to grow my HR Consultancy Firm at the rate I wanted to. The 'Sales' side of it just wasn't me and 'selling' a professional service, such as the one Cluer HR provides grated on me. Sandler first helped me to recognise why I personally was struggling with this element of the process, by using tools which gave me an insight to how I work and then gave me a foolproof process to follow. I haven't looked back - I literally increased my client base 20 fold in 6 months. I've learnt so much and I keep on learning! They have a technique up their sleeve to overcome anything!

I first went to Sandler 5 years ago when the business I was involved in at the time needed a repeatable system for prospecting and selling and didn't know how to achieve this as no-one had any formal training in sales (just marketing). Sandler helped us put a system in place that moved the agency forward significantly and achieved good results. Though I have now moved on to other ventures I still attend Sandler as you never stop learning, there's always something new and in addition you sometimes need someone to remind you of the things you should be doing and aren't. I would recommend Sandler to other businesses

We went to Sandler Sales training because we had no sales system in place and we wouldn't have got to where we are today without them. There are of course other companies and systems out there but Sandler works for us. One of the deciding factors for going with Sandler was their approach - they are not 'salesy' and we felt under no pressure to make decisions quickly. I still think we are not fully there and so continue to work with Sandler. Sales can be a lonely place and the monthly group sessions where you can discuss things and get ideas from other people who have the same issues really help. Whilst I only attend monthly now I know that I only need to make a telephone call to Nigel and Mark if I need help and have been happy to recommend Sandler training to business colleagues.

I’ve been going along to Sandler for over 4 years. Both Mark and Nigel are excellent trainers, coaches and therapists! Obviously the Sandler stuff is great, lots of tools and resources, but it’s coming together with other business owners or senior people as often as we like, sharing victories, impending events and helping solve problems together, under the expert support and guidance of Mark & Nigel, which delivers the real value for me. We constantly measure return on investment and going along to Presidents Club is top of our priority list and has been for the last 4 years and I can’t see it changing! If you want to improve your end to end sales process then I can recommend no better solution than working with the Sandler team or going along to one of their Director’s Briefings to find out if you are a good fit.

I first heard of Sandler through my local Chamber of Commerce as I was interested in networking and wanted to improve our sales performance. There is tones of stuff I’ve learned and been able to adopt as Sandler provides a good structure to follow and has built our confidence as a result. I guess I would benefit from more 1:1 coaching support as well, but the group President’s Club sessions are excellent to help us hone our skills and I’ve happily recommended Sandler to others already.

I signed up to Sandler in August 2011 following recognition that we weren’t getting enough on profile prospects and conversion time-scales taking too long. Since going along we’re not only addressing those issues, but the Presidents club is also a great support network, as there is such a big difference between reading a book and getting practical support, it’s much more than having a great set of tools & technique it’s all about attitude and beliefs. Nigel is a phenomenal sales trainer. Don't let his relaxed, laid back appearance fool you, the man is very driven and focussed on developing those around him into successful sales people. However... what Nigel trains and teaches ONLY works if YOU put it into action. So if you're happy with your mediocre sales efforts, I wouldn't bother giving him a call... If however, you are up for trying something new, you really should connect with Nigel.

Nigel and his colleagues at Sandler offer what I believe is a unique solution to the biggest challenge many businesses face - ie how to sell themselves with conviction, get results and still feel OK about doing it. Mark's training style is entertaining, enjoyable and highly effective...as are the Sandler Sales techniques he demonstrates. Great for confidence building and results!! for people like myself: self employed consultants or people who don't have a traditional sales background and are looking for a structured framework to work within, but hate traditional "cheesy" sales techniques. I would recommend Mark's Sandler training to anyone!

We recognised the situations Mark describes in his seminars, as things we had done too many times - reducing prices, writing proposals and giving presentations to would-be buyers who still seemed to have an inability to make a decision. Mark offers strategies to overcome these problems, making you a more effective salesperson and wasting less of your time. If you're a reluctant and untrained salesperson then I'd recommend attending - it puts a whole new slant on the sales process.

The Sandler system gives you not just confidence and excellent techniques, but a pride in being a sales person - completely the opposite to how people try to make you feel. Going to Presidents Club is like having your own personal group of mentors. I would recommend anyone who needs help with selling to learn the Sandler way - it really changes things for you!

As a company we have embarked on the Sandler Training Course run by Mark. Mark is a fantastic person and trainer. He is hugely motivated and practices exactly what he preaches with great results. He's developed our sales skills in a very short period of time and I'm excited to see how far he will take us over the 12 month period. Not only that, many other areas of our business (such as goal setting) have improved too. I would recommend Mark to anyone who wants to take their business to a new level.

Mark (and his Sandler business partner Nigel Dunand) have been so supportive and frank in relation to assisting me with my business. Quite apart from the great Sandler content, it’s such a pleasure to see Mark put it over so consistently every week with such vigour, commitment, fun and individual attention and respect for all on the course. Every week I seem to leave with a new nugget of gold that I take back and add to the rest, putting it into the place opened up for it by the practical experience gained from the previous week’s work. This is now beginning to translate into business I’d be at risk of not getting without Sandler training.

Mark and Sandler training helped set up and re-direct our customer service and internal sales team, giving them confidence and systems to follow, along with explanations and reasons why these systems worked for both the customer and our point of view. we are still using these systems and have adapted them to suit our specific requirements. Mark accomodated the style of training we needed and was flexible to deliver the training on our site and when we wanted it so there was very little disruption to our working day. Before each session it was made clear what the intended outcome would be and after the session it was confirmed that everyone understood the content, they were also left with actions to be implemented. Mark had a talent to engage with and encorage participation from the whole group, if we had a specific training need I would talk to Mark again and get him to compile a course that would suit us.
